Sr. Application Developer

Location: Olympia , Washington
Duration: One year contract

This project involves assistance with system maintenance and development as directed by the client. Project Manager and the Chief Information Officer and as approved by client management.

Services provided by the consultant include, but are not limited to:

Modifications of existing modules
Resolution of software problems
Development and modification of reports and letters
Analysis, design and development of new modules
Upgrade to new third party technologies

1. Project Time Frame

The contract's initial term shall be one (1) year, commencing upon the effective date (July 1, 2010).

After the initial one-year period, at its sole option, may extend the contract for up to five (5) additional years (through June 30, 2016). The decision to extend will be based on the consultant's service performance.

Extensions of the contract will be executed by client who will give written notice to vendor not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the then-current term of the contract.

2. Deliverables

The consultant will provide routine system maintenance as requested by the client. The consultant must return phone calls for emergency maintenance within four (4) hours and within 48 hours of all other requests for assistance. As modifications to existing modules or development of new modules are identified, deliverables will be based on individual project tasks to be completed. These deliverables will be clearly identified before work will commence.

For all modifications of existing modules and for new modules, the vendor will provide:

o Updated data models and data definitions.
o Updated technical design documents, specifications, and other design documents.
o Requirements, business rules, and other analysis documents.
